My Journey with the Bean Protocol

My introduction to the bean protocol was serendipitous, sparked by an enlightening conversation between Lacy Phillips and Karen Hurd on The Expanded Podcast. Little did I know, this encounter would set me on a path towards holistic healing, profound transformation and would make its way into my own coaching business.

The bean protocol, meticulously crafted by the renowned Karen Hurd, represents a paradigm shift in the realm of health and nutrition. Inspired by the remarkable success stories of individuals like Unique Hammond, who triumphed over Crohn's disease through the protocol, I felt compelled to delve deeper into its principles.

My journey began with immersing myself in Karen Hurd's research and enrolling in her enlightening courses to heal hypothyroidism and anxiety and adhd. However, it was my connection with Unique Hammond, a mentor who had experienced firsthand the profound benefits of the bean protocol, that truly ignited my passion for this transformative approach.

Witnessing Unique's journey and the profound impact it had on her health served as a catalyst for my own transformation.

In 2020, amidst the challenges of the pandemic, I found myself at a crossroads when I ran out of my hypothyroidism medication. It was then that I fully committed to the bean protocol, at this point I was working with Unique as a client.

The results were nothing short of miraculous.

From healing hyperthyroidism to alleviating gout and addressing leaky gut issues, the bean protocol, coupled with the potent effects of psyllium husk, surpassed all expectations.
