Planets that are 60 degrees apart are called sextile.

Planets that are 90 degrees apart form a square

Planets that are 120 degrees apart form a trine.

Two or more planets that are 180 degrees apart or directly across from each other form an opposition.

Square and opposition are hard aspects meaning they are about more difficulty and struggle.

Sextile and trine are considered soft aspects as they are gentler and seem to be more positive and auspicious.

A conduction can go either way depending on the planets involved.

Overall it all depends on the planets involved, you can definitely have a not so comfortable sextile and a very helpful square.
