Courtney and Andrea, acknowledging a shared need in their lives, recognized the importance of attuning to pleasure as a pathway to healing. In their pursuit of calling in their desires, they discovered that their nervous systems were significantly dysregulated. Living in this dysregulated space kept them disconnected from their intuition. They were outsourcing guidance versus leaning into their own Body Wisdom.

To address this, they developed these circles as a means to regulate their nervous systems and reclaim a profound sense of safety within their bodies. This process allows for the shedding of outdated versions of oneself that no longer serve their Authentic Selves.

This multi-stage series is designed to provide you with a progressive journey, building upon each stage to equip you with foundational tools for regulating your nervous system and come home to your body. Each stage will provide you with the necessary tools and skills to unlock and embrace the full spectrum of pleasure in your life.
