About the event
Connect with your wild, primal nature as we allow the moons energy to activate what needs to be released and shine light to what's asking to be integrated.
We will start off with the sun still out shining and hike up the mountain as the sun and the moon meet and we are graced with her grand presence.
We hike up in silence to honor whatever has been arising within us -

May's hike will be at Green Mountain & Hayden Loop Trail near Denver/Lakewood - it's a easy 3.1 loop, once at the top there's an area where we can continue to and set out yoga mats to do the kundalini meditation.
