Shadow and Scream Therapy

Anytime we’re triggered, there's an aspect of self wanting to be integrated and it's usually from childhood.

Primal screaming or scream therapy is a beautiful way to release any stuck emotions from people pleasing, self abandoning, repressed emotions and more. It’s a way to cleanse and turn on our throat chakra, to connect with our primal, wild, authentic self.

We will start of with a grounding breath work practice to bring us into our bodies and provide a safe container.

Sacred journal prompts and a guided visualization will allow us to connect with the shadow word we will be working with to integrate during this experience.

We keep this experience to 6 souls to keep it intimate and enough time for everyone to have time to process what ever emotions come up.

We will work with each souls shadow word, allowing the trigger to come up and when at peak, heightened emotion, we provide a space for everyone to primal scream to allow any repressed emotions to come out.

The shadow embodiment practice was slightly adopted from Debbie Fords Shadow Exercise and Lacy Phillips Mirror exercise to integrate shadow.

We end the evening with a grounding meditation.

If you feel called to add an individual tarot reading, Andrea will email you your tarot reading 24 hours prior to the event.

The tarot reading is a 5 card pull and an additional $55 (normally valued at $75)

If you feel called to adding a psychadelic shadow and scream therapy experience it is a 4 hour experience with sound therapy, integration and a full reading held at the clients private residence. $444 (normally valued at $555)
