Release and Flow is an intimate container where we come together in community, free aspects of self we've denied and praise our inner voice. Group intuitive reading, grounding mediation and embodiment practice to help us release what no longer serves us and create space for what does.

What is SHADOW WORK?

Our shadow are aspects of self that we've denied, in tonights experience we will be calling back these aspects and any repressed parts of ourselves.

WHO:

Anyone ready to release what is no longer serving them, flow with theme of the night, to swim in our inner darkness so we can free denied aspects of self.
