This is some potent energy to work with as we have Saturn retrograde and Capricorn is ruled by Saturn. We will be working with this energy to welcome in denied aspects of self in a supportive, inviting space while mama Gaia holds space through a silent and reflective full moo hike.
Awaken your throat chakra through primal screaming.
Let's celebrate and honor our inner darkness by bringing light to what we don't often see on WEDNESDAY JULY 13th at 6:30pm to celebrate the full moon! 🌝

-Green Mountain & Hayden Loop Trail near Denver/Lakewood - it's a easy 3.1 loop, once at the top there's an area where we can continue to and set out yoga mats to do the meditaiton.Â
